what is juvelook?

Juvelook is a cutting-edge, non-surgical skin rejuvenation treatment from South Korea, specially formulated to target the signs of aging. It combines the benefits of polycaprolactone (PCL) microspheres and hyaluronic acid (HA) to provide a two-fold effect: immediate skin hydration and long-lasting collagen stimulation. PCL, a biodegradable polymer, works beneath the skin to naturally boost collagen production over time, while HA delivers instant moisture, giving your skin a youthful, plump appearance.

 

This advanced formula is designed to improve skin elasticity, reduce fine lines, and enhance overall skin texture, offering a gradual, natural-looking result without the need for surgery or extensive downtime.

HOW DOES JUVELOOK WORK?

 

PHASE 1: Instant Hydration and Skin Plumping

 

Right after the injection, the hyaluronic acid (HA) component works to provide immediate hydration and a visible plumping effect. HA is known for its ability to hold moisture, instantly making your skin look smoother and more radiant by filling in fine lines and restoring a youthful texture.

 

PHASE 2: Long-Term Collagen Stimulation

 

As the polycaprolactone (PCL) microspheres gradually break down, they stimulate the production of collagen in the deeper layers of your skin. Collagen is a protein that helps maintain skin elasticity and firmness. Over time, this natural collagen regeneration process leads to long-lasting improvements in skin elasticity, reducing wrinkles and enhancing the overall quality of your skin.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AFTER THE TREATMENT?

 

  • Mild Redness or Swelling: Some patients may experience slight redness, swelling, or minor bruising at the injection sites. These effects are typically mild and subside within a few hours to a couple of days.
  • Minimal Downtime: The downtime is very minimal, allowing you to resume most of your daily activities immediately. However, it’s recommended to take some precautions for the first 24 to 48 hours to ensure the best results and minimize any side effects.
  • Avoid Sun Exposure: Protect your skin from direct sunlight by wearing sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) and avoiding prolonged sun exposure for at least 1 week post-treatment. Sun exposure can irritate the treated areas and affect the results.
  • No Intense Exercise: Avoid strenuous physical activity, heavy exercise, or any activity that increases blood circulation in the face (such as saunas or hot yoga) for 24 to 48 hours to minimize swelling and bruising.
  • Avoid Alcohol and Smoking: Refrain from consuming alcohol or smoking for at least 24 hours, as these can increase the risk of bruising and slow down the healing process.
  • No Makeup: It’s best to avoid applying makeup or skincare products to the treated area for at least 24 hours to reduce the risk of infection or irritation.

Potenza RF Microneedling at Halo Beverly Hills

 

Potenza employs a mechanical effect through microneedle insertion, utilizes radiofrequency energy for coagulation, and enhances the absorption of topically applied skin boosters. Potenza also has the fusion tip option which uses a unique dual air chamber allowing for 67% deeper penetration of the product compared to competing RF microneedling devices.

 

MICRODROPLET INJECTIONS

Microdroplet injections of skin boosters introduce higher product directly into the skin, leading to improved neocollagenesis and skin hydration. Microdroplet injections boost cellular turnover, produce more noticeable results, and enhance overall skin quality compared to topical application.

MESOTHERAPY
