we used Sculptra to subtly enhance chin projection and restore foundational volume along the jawline and lower face. Sculptra is a biostimulatory injectable that gradually stimulates your body’s collagen production, leading to natural volume restoration over time. Unlike traditional fillers, which create instant volume, Sculptra works progressively—perfect for patients seeking long-lasting structure without an “overfilled” look. This treatment helped improve the patient’s profile balance, smooth transitions between facial features, and create a more defined, yet still soft and natural lower face contour.

This patient underwent a non-surgical facial balancing treatment using dermal filler to refine the nose and chin/jawline.

By addressing these two anchor points together, we were able to correct profile imbalance and enhance definition across the lower face. The nose was subtly lifted and smoothed using hyaluronic acid filler, while the chin was projected slightly to align with the lips and nose, creating a straighter and more elegant side profile. The jawline was then contoured for continuity and a sculpted finish. This result demonstrates how precise, minimalist enhancements in the right areas can dramatically improve facial harmony without surgery or downtime.
